Senior Project Manager

As Senior Project Manager at Levity Live, I partner closely with executive leadership to shape company priorities and translate them into clear, strategic plans. From opening new multi million dollar comedy clubs to leading national program rollouts and operational upgrades, I oversee complex projects that require thoughtful planning, financial oversight, and consistent communication. A key part of my role includes managing the full CAPEX program for 13 live entertainment venues, overseeing approximately eight hundred thousand dollars in annual capital investments and an additional four million dollars in special projects. I ensure every investment supports long term business goals and operational needs.

I also focus heavily on cross department alignment. I bring together Operations, Marketing, Finance, Culinary, IT and AV, Training, Legal, and Creative teams to ensure everyone is working from the same plan and prepared for upcoming launches. I run our monthly strategy meetings, guide roadmaps, and support teams through everything from construction schedules to technology rollouts to national initiatives such as our new merchandise program. My priority is always the same: create clarity, keep teams connected, and turn big ideas into well executed results.

As Project Manager, I led the day-to-day execution of special projects across a portfolio of national live entertainment venues, ensuring on-time delivery and consistent communication with executive stakeholders. I managed operational planning and cross-functional coordination, aligning departments on logistics, timelines, and deliverables to keep projects running smoothly. My work included conducting market research and competitive analysis to guide strategies around venue operations, event production, and guest experience improvements. I also developed and managed annual private event budgets for each venue, using data-driven insights to strengthen revenue performance and optimize event sales tracking.

Event Sales Manager

As Event Sales Manager at the Hollywood Improv, I oversaw all aspects of private and corporate events, from client relations and contract creation to vendor coordination and budget management. I developed and maintained key accounts while driving new business to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and talent, I ensured every event ran seamlessly by managing logistics, preferences, and cost summaries with precision. Beyond event execution, I represented the Improv at networking functions, Chamber of Commerce gatherings, and community events where I built meaningful relationships that strengthened the venue’s visibility and long-term client partnerships.

Venue Sales & Event Coordinator

AMCI - Porsche Experience Center

As Venue Sales and Event Coordinator at the newly opened Porsche Experience Center, I was part of the pre-opening team, spending several months preparing for launch by developing special event operational processes, building the client database, and helping establish the foundation for the venue’s private and corporate event program. I collaborated closely with clients to understand their goals and preferences, tailoring group programs and events to deliver premium, high-performance experiences aligned with the Porsche brand. I coordinated with all internal departments to ensure seamless execution before, during, and after each event, while maintaining strong relationships with vendors, agencies, and guests. On event days, I served as the primary point of contact, overseeing every detail to ensure each client had an exceptional and memorable experience.

Special Events Coordinator

& Production Assistant

AEG - The Novo Venue

As Special Events Coordinator and Production Assistant at AEG’s The Novo, I managed and executed client events by coordinating with cross-functional venue teams to ensure every detail aligned with the client’s vision and exceeded expectations. Acting as the primary liaison between clients and department leads, I facilitated seamless communication and on-site execution. In addition to event management, I supported the Production Manager with all aspects of show production, including artist rider fulfillment, show pass and guest list distribution, and end-of-night payroll. This role required balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced live entertainment environment while maintaining professionalism and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
