​I believe the best work happens when people feel supported, heard, and clear on where they are going. That is what I try to create everywhere I show up.

I spent the last 7+ years building the operational foundation for a national live entertainment company, partnering directly with C-suite leadership to set strategic priorities, align cross-functional teams, and deliver complex programs from idea through execution. From multi-million dollar venue openings and national technology rollouts to company-wide merchandise programs and annual strategic planning cycles, I bring structure and clarity to complexity and genuine care to the people I work alongside.

After years of fast-paced work in Los Angeles, I am taking time to reset and rebuild, traveling, saying yes to new experiences, and getting clear on what comes next. What I keep coming back to is meaningful work: companies with a real mission, and teams that believe how you do the work matters as much as what you deliver.

Outside of work I am drawn to anything creative, whether that is painting, writing, or picking up something new I have never tried before. I love being outdoors and staying active through rock climbing and running. Most of all, I love meeting people. I want my life to be filled with more real conversations and shared experiences, and less time behind a screen. Good food with good friends is one of my favorite ways to recharge, and I am always looking for new places to explore and new people to meet along the way.
