Most recently, I led multi-site operations across 13 live entertainment venues, managing $4.8M in annual capital investment and delivering company-wide initiatives from strategy through execution. At Levity Live, I partnered directly with executive leadership to set priorities, align cross-functional teams, and drive complex programs, from multi-million dollar venue openings to national merchandise rollouts and full technology transitions. I bring structure to ambiguity, clarity to competing priorities, and a consistent focus on outcomes that matter to the business. I also prioritize leading with connection, curiosity, and a genuine interest in meeting people where they are. 

Outside of work, I'm drawn to anything creative, whether that's painting, writing poetry, or picking up a new craft I've never tried before. I love being outdoors and staying active through rock climbing, running, or just soaking up some sun. Good food with good friends is one of my favorite ways to recharge, and I'm always looking for new places to explore. I'm currently based in Los Angeles and relocating to Copenhagen, a city I've genuinely fallen in love with and can't wait to call home.
